Shops and dealers
Your dealer and your shops, one tap away.
Save the shops you use in Settings. Then every service record can say who did the work, and their number is right there when a machine goes down.

What you save for each shop
In Settings, under Shops and dealers, tap Add a shop. Fill in what you have.
Shop or dealer
The name. It's the only thing you have to fill in.
Phone
Tap it in Settings to call them.
Who you talk to
The service manager or tech you usually get.
Tap it to start an email.
Address
So whoever's hauling the machine knows where it's going.
Pick them when you log service
When you tap Log service on a machine, your saved shops come up as you type in Who did it. Leave it blank and the record says in-house.
The shop's name then shows on that job in the machine's History tab and under Recent service on the Service page.
Edit or remove anytime
Tap the pencil to change a shop's details, or the trash can to take it off your list. Service records that already name it keep the name.
Scanned invoices too
Scan a dealer's invoice in Log service and FieldFix reads who did the work along with the rest. Check it before you save.
